Please fill in the form in its entirety. Your name and other details are mostly used in identifying you (in the event someone else with a similar name/location also messages, to identify you more accurately). Once the message has been read and corresponding action has been entered into, these details will be anonymised or removed.
請完整填妥表格。閣下姓名及其它資料主要以辨別當事人為主，以避免「同姓同名」或「相同位置」人士之間潛在混亂。來信內容一經閱讀並開始處理，這些資料將會採取匿名化或移除。
Privacy information 隱私資訊
We need to know your name, sex, citizenship, company/school, and profession, so we can identify you properly (in case there are other people with, for example, your same name).
為避免「同名同姓」，須獲知你的姓名、性別、國籍/地區、公司/學校及職業。
We need to know your location so that we can deal with your message in a location-relevant way.
某些服務需要根據地理位置進行提供，因此須獲知你的地理位置。
Your information will be sent to servers in Switzerland.

David Feng, and authorised persons working with him, will be in receipt of your message.

You will need to key in a Captcha Code, which is put into place to stop spammers or others trying to interfere with the normal operation of this system.

Please write David the way you would wish to be messaged yourself — courteous, respectful messaging is expected. We reserve the right to take action (which includes reporting to Enforcement bodies) in the event you send content which is illegal, libellous, invasive of privacy, or try to hack the messaging system.

For messages sent on or after 26 May 2025, you should expect 24-48 hours for a reply. Sometimes, situations are more complex and we may send multiple replies in succession as complicated matters are considered step by step.
來信如於 2025 年 5 月 26 日及之後發出，相應回覆一般將於 24-48 小時內發出。有時，一些情況比較複雜，閣下可能會得到多份情況跟進訊息。
Unless otherwise indicated, your messages will be sent and processed on servers physically located in Switzerland. People closely working with David Feng may be sent copies of your message for the sole purpose of processing your request faster.

David Feng does not respond to messages from alien “multi-channel networks” (“MCNs”).

Due to security concerns, the right not to provide a response is hereby reserved, although for ordinary matters, you should expect a response. Please note that messages that go against Swiss laws or advocate ideological extremism will be referred to Enforcement automatically.

Security Information 安全資訊
It is now an obligation for all aliens to make first contact by using this form, unless they have special exemption. This is in the interest of identification and crime prevention.
An alien that makes misrepresentations, intends on violating laws and regulations, or sends messaging that pose a security risk, will be investigated and may bear civil or criminal liability.
域外人士首次進行聯絡，須使用此表格，但具特殊豁免者除外，以進行身分核驗及防止犯罪。域外人士發送不實資訊，意圖違反法律規定，或發送具有安全風險內容，可遭究治，並可承擔相應民事或刑事責任。
Further Processing 進一步核查
Please be aware that aliens who hold any document inferring or confirming citizenship of the People’s Republic of China (except for the Hong Kong/Macau special administrative regions) must use a designated form.
